GENERAL FAQ

  • We’re in-store only, tucked away in Crystal Palace, South East London. Full address and opening hours live on our website and Google. Were on the high street surrounded by lots of other small businesses and close to Crystal Palace Park which are all well worth visiting!

  • We don’t have a shop phone. For all enquiries, email or instagram messages is best and we promise we do actually read it! 

  • We love dogs!! Well-behaved dogs on leads are very welcome. Extra points if they like plants.

  • Our shop and café are step-free at the entrance. We unfortunately don’t have a lift to access the toilet downstairs. If you have specific access needs, drop us an email and we’ll do our best to help.

  • Not at the moment. We’re proudly bricks, mortar and people. Some things are best chosen in person. But if you have a special request to send you something by post, we can make that happen! Just come by or send us an email 

  • Yes. Gift vouchers are available in-store and online, and can be used on retail, café drinks and for workshops.

  • We do. From brand collaborations to private workshops and events, email us with your idea and we’ll chat.

  • Yes. We were formerly known as The Vaults Collective and as of July 2025, we took over the cafe, did a refurbishment and now everything is Ivy and the Wolf; the same location, the same team, and the same creative community, just under a single brand.

SHOP FAQ

  • Houseplants, pots, homeware, gifts, skincare, perfume, stationery, cards and small beautiful things you didn’t know you needed.

  • Always. Ask in-store and we’ll help you choose something that fits your space and your life.

  • Unused/unopened retail items can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Live plants are non-refundable unless there’s an issue spotted at the time of purchase.

  • Yes, as long as the item is unused and within our return window. 

  • We can sometimes hold items briefly, but we can’t guarantee it. If you love it, grab it! 

  • Some things return, some are one-offs. If you’re after something specific, ask us in-store or by email.

Café FAQ

  • A plant-filled café serving speciality Allpress coffee, matcha-led drinks and lovely sweet cake and pastry options, all designed to sit happily alongside the shop.

  • We’re very vegan-friendly. Most of our drinks and food options are vegan by default, with dairy options available.

  • We serve pastries and baked goods rather than a full food menu. What’s available can vary day to day.

  • You can, we have some seats with plugs for people working, but we like to keep some spaces in the cafe more of a gentle sipping, chatting, lingering kind of space than a full-on laptop café. And yes we also have Wifi!

  • Yes, takeaway drinks and food are available.

  • We do. Oat is our go-to, but we also have Sproud, Coconut and dairy is also available.

  • We have lots of vegan and low gluten (gluten free) options available but please speak to a member of staff if you have allergies so we can advise properly.

WORKSHOP FAQ

  • Terrarium workshops (our most popular), perfume creation, private and corporate workshops, plus occasional custom sessions.

  • None at all. We’ll guide you through everything, step by step.

  • Booking via our website is best. You can also book in-store or by email!

  • We offer refunds with at least 2 days’ notice. If it’s later than that, we’re usually happy to reschedule instead.

  • Yes, just let us know the name change in advance.

  • Absolutely. They’re designed to be relaxed and welcoming, not intimidating.

  • Yes, we love them. Email us with numbers, dates and what you have in mind.

  • Some are, some aren’t. Check the workshop listing or email us if you’re unsure.
